Summary
At Dtek.ai, I led the end-to-end design of the SWIFT Backend Portal, a critical platform supporting our B2B merchants, store managers, and internal operations teams. Beyond merchant-facing analytics and transaction reporting, the portal was the control hub for hardware-software integration, AI product training, and operational monitoring across. I was responsible for its full UX architecture, UI design, and system workflows, ensuring the platform could handle complex, multi-stakeholder use cases without compromising clarity or speed.
The portal became the operational backbone of the SWIFT ecosystem, enabling store managers to train new products directly from kiosks, giving merchants actionable performance insights, and empowering internal teams to manage AI onboarding and hardware calibration with minimal friction.
Strategic simplifications, like reducing intermediate product review steps and introducing guided capture workflows, significantly accelerated product training time. These changes not only increased daily active portal usage but also improved overall operational efficiency.
